Class "E" Office Buildings; Hotels/Motels

Fire Safety Plans establish a method of systematic, safe and orderly evacuation of an area or building by
and of its occupants in case of fire or other emergency, in the least possible time, to a safe
area or by the nearest safe means of egress; also the use of such available fire appliances
(including sounding of alarms) as may have been provided for the controlling or
extinguishing of fire and the safeguarding of human life.

REMS Training, Inc. will Prepare (or Revise) the Fire Safety Plan for your building, and File said Plan with the NYC Fire Department.

The Plan will be prepared in the format required by the FDNY, that is, revised format effective March 13, 2006.

We will prepare mandated paperwork including the architectural type of representative floor plans.

Fire Protection Plan

If needed, REMS Training, Inc., along with a licensed Professional Engineer,  will create and file with the New York City Building’s Department, a Fire Protection Plan as required by the N.Y.C. Administrative Code §27-228.1.  

The Plan will be prepared in the format required by the Building’s Department and will include amongst other things, 
descriptions in narrative form of safety systems and features, including:
